نقش تجارب معنوی در پیش‌بینی فشار روانی پرستاران با میانجی‌گری سرمایه روان‌شناختی

چکیده
مقدمه: همه ­گیری کووید 19 سبب ایجاد فشار روانی مضاعف برای پرستاران بیمارستان­ها شد. در این دوران بهره­ گیری از معنویت و مداخلات روان‌شناختی عواملی بودند که زمینه کاهش استرس و فشار روانی پرستاران را فراهم می­کردند. لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش تجارب معنوی در پیش‌بینی فشار روانی پرستاران با نقش میانجی سرمایه روان­شناختی بود.
روش بررسی: روش پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی و از نوع معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش تمامی پرستاران کرونایی بخش و اورژانس بیمارستان ولی­عصر بیرجند در دو ماه ابتدایی سال 1401 بودند. نمونه پژوهش حاضر نیز با توجه به محدود بودن جامعه (104 نفر) به‌صورت سرشماری بود یعنی همه جامعه آماری به‌عنوان نمونه نیز انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه­ های استرس پرستاری گری­تافت و اندرسون (2014)، مقیاس تجارب معنوی اندروود و تریسی (2001) و پرسشنامه سرمایه روان‌شناختی لوتانز (2007) پاسخ دادند. جهت تحلیل داده­ها از نرم­افزارهای SPSS-22 و Smart PLS، استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: تمامی ضرایب مسیر مستقیم مربوط به رابطه بین تجارب معنوی با سرمایه­های روان­شناختی مثبت و با فشار روانی پرستاران منفی و معنی‌دار است (01/0>p). رابطه بین سرمایه ­های روان­شناختی با فشار روانی منفی و معنی‌دار است (01/0>p). همچنین مدل پیشنهادی پژوهش در سطح معنی­داری 01/0 دارای برازش مطلوب است. درنهایت حاصل شدن مقدار 459/0 برای شاخص GOF حکایت از برازش مناسب مدل کلی پژوهش دارد.
نتیجه­ گیری: نتایج پژوهش اهمیت تجارب معنوی و سرمایه ­های روان­شناختی را در کاهش فشار روانی پرستاران تبیین می­کند؛ بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود در جهت کاهش فشار روانی پرستاران، به تقویت سرمایه ­های روان­شناختی و تجارب معنوی در قالب کارگاه‌های آموزشی در بیمارستان‌ها پرداخته شود.
