Abstract
The issue of public and universal supervision in Iran's legal system is one of the challenging issues that can be studied and investigated in the field of harms and limitations, so in this research, focusing on this issue, the topics presented are based on the answer to this basic question. What are the challenges and limitations of public supervision in Iran's legal system? The results and findings of the research, which have been prepared and arranged in a descriptive and analytical method, confirm that public surveillance has disadvantages and challenges, such as the multiplicity of supervisory authorities, incomplete supervisory tools in the law, sources and methods, inconsistency in supervision, application of taste, immunity from supervision. , the culture of unsupervisability is faced with structural obstacles and the like that by relying on solutions such as the integration of supervisory authorities, public awareness and information, establishing favorable laws and coordination between supervisory institutions, strengthening social capital and strengthening parties, media and popular gatherings, it can be overcome these challenges.
