اثربخشی آموزش توانمندسازی مادران افراد مبتلا به اتیسم علیه احساس استیگما با رویکرد روانشناسی اسلامی مثبت نگر

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: تعداد کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اتیسم در جهان رو به افزایش و استیگمای اتیسم یک چالش شایع برای مادران در مراقبت از فرزندانشان است. استیگمای اتیسم، سلامت روان والدین را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد و باعث تضعیف عزت‌نفس و افزایش اضطراب و سایر اختلالات خلقی در آن‌ها می‌شود. توانمندسازی این مادران ضروری است. هدف این پژوهش تعیین اثربخشی آموزش روانشناسی مثبت نگر با رویکرد اسلامی بر توانمندسازی خانواده‌های افراد مبتلا به اتیسم علیه احساس استیگما بود.
روش بررسی: روش پژوهش، نیمه آزمایشی پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه است. جامعه آماری، مادران دارای فرزند با اختلال طیف اتیسم تحت پوشش سازمان بهزیستی شهرستان ری‌شهر تهران بودند. 30 نفر از مادران دارای فرزند اتیسم، به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب‌شده و به‌صورت تصادفی در گروه آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند. ابزار سنجش پرسشنامه‌های «استیگمای درونی شده در مادران دارای فرزند اتیسم» رضایی و همکاران (1394)، عزت‌نفس رزنبرگ (1965) و سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ وهیلر (1979) بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss27 در دو سطح آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آمار استنباطی (تحلیل کوواریانس) تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان دادند آموزش مثبت نگری اسلامی بر افزایش سلامت روان، عزت‌نفس مادران و کاهش احساس استیگما مؤثر است.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به تأثیر پروتکل توانمندسازی خانواده‌های افراد مبتلا به اتیسم علیه احساس استیگما با رویکرد روانشناسی اسلامی-مثبت نگر استفاده از آن پیشنهاد می‌شود.
