Abstract
Purpose: The present study aimed to examine the effectiveness of a Quranic-based educational package on the lifestyle of adolescents, focusing on the concept of "Sahmgozar living."

Method: This research employed a quasi-experimental design using a pre-test, post-test approach with a control group. The study population consisted of all female students in Tehran, aged 13 to 18 years. The sample included 16 female students selected through convenient sampling and randomly assigned to two groups: the experimental group (8 participants) and the control group (8 participants). The data were collected using the Sahmgozar Lifestyle Questionnaire (Esmaeili, 2023). Data analysis involved descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics. To assess the intervention's impact, Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA) was used. The statistical software SPSS version 25 was employed for the analysis.

Findings: The results of the data analysis indicated that group counseling based on the Sahmgozari model significantly increased the participants' Sahmgozar lifestyle scores.

Conclusion: Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the Sahmgozari counseling model can effectively promote a Sahmgozar lifestyle among adolescents
