مقایسه اثربخشی هیپنوتراپی شناختی-رفتاری و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر فاجعه سازی درد و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی در بیماران فیبرومیالژیا

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی هیپنوتراپی شناختی-رفتاری و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر فاجعه سازی درد و عدم‌ تحمل بلاتکلیفی در بیماران فیبرومیالژیا بود.
روش بررسی: پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی حاضر با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل تمامی زنان مبتلابه فیبرومیالژیا که در بازه خرداد تا آذرماه سال 1402 به مراکز درمانی و فیزیوتراپی منطقه یک شهر تهران مراجعه کردند، بود. 45 نفر به‌صورت در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند و به‌طور تصادفی در دو گروه مداخله و یک گروه گواه قرار گرفتند. گروه‌های آزمایش طی 8 جلسه تحت مداخله هیپنوتیزم‌درمانی شناختی-رفتاری و درمان پذیرش و تعهد قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها به‌وسیله پرسشنامه راهبردهای مقابله با درد (روزنشتایل و کیف، 1983) و مقیاس عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی (فریستون و همکاران، 1994) جمع‌آوری و با آزمون اندازه‌گیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: اثر زمان، گروه و اثر متقابل زمان و گروه بر فاجعه سازی درد و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی معنادار بود (0001/0>P). میانگین نمرات فاجعه سازی درد و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی در گروه‌های مداخله به‌طور معناداری کمتر از گروه گواه بود (0001/0>P). دو گروه مداخله تفاوت معناداری در میانگین نمرات فاجعه سازی درد و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی در مراحل پیش‌آزمون-پیگیری (0001/0>P) وجود داشتند؛ اما تفاوت معناداری در میانگین نمرات فاجعه سازی درد (066/0=p) و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی (068/0=p) در مراحل پس‌آزمون-پیگیری مشاهده نشد.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های به‌دست‌آمده هیپنوتراپی شناختی-رفتاری و درمان پذیرش و تعهد می‌توانند به‌عنوان شیوه‌های مداخله روان‌شناختی کارآمد برای بیماران فیبرومیالژیا در مراکز مشاوره و خدمات روان‌شناختی استفاده شوند.
