Abstract
Islam emphasizes on complete human health and one of the desired aspects of Islam is physical health. Providing a suitable model for nutrition plays an important role in the health of the body. In the modern times, when health models and schools around the world compete with the common model, the Islamic model has also found a good place in the mind and practice of Muslims, and it is appropriate to answer the problems of this new field based on the correct methods of the Quran and Hadith. One of the important issues in this field is the discussion of nutrition timing, which some researchers believe that the Islamic model is against the promise of lunch. Fararo's research investigated this issue with the help of ijtihad methods such as thorough examination and methodical analysis of evidence by formulating a question that: What is the optimal pattern of nutrition timing based on the Qur'an and Hadith? The results are as follows: In addition to the brief thing that is recommended to be eaten after the morning prayer, two meals are very important for health, the first is "lunch" (with dal) around ten (nine to eleven) before noon and the other After the Isha prayer, which is called "Asha". Of course, at the time when these traditions were issued, until the first meal was cooked and ready, they would eat something small, ready and uncooked as an appetizer, which can be said to be three meals in total. The meal that is omitted in the ideal pattern from the point of view of hadiths, consuming food between the two main meals is mentioned, which is considered a form of extravagance and harmful to the body. This undesirable meal in our time can be matched with evening meal.
