Between the right action on the wife's body and the husband's authority in cosmetic surgeries

Abstract
Objective: Cosmetic surgery is one of the emerging issues in jurisprudence, which was not discussed in the current form in the age of the innocent, but its rules can be deduced from jurisprudence rules and narrative texts. The prevalence of this event among women and the conflicts that arise between couples before it. to express the purpose of choosing this topic.

Materials and methods: This research has processed library and software data descriptively and analytically by using verses and narrations.

Findings: Scholars of jurisprudence have expressed different opinions about the permissibility of cosmetic surgery. By explaining the arguments of jurists, it can be seen that cosmetic surgery is not considered a form of transformation and its legitimacy can be inferred by using sources of narration.

Also, marital status in religious texts does not mean domineering, but rather, it follows the man's responsibility to manage the family, which does not conflict with the right to the wife's body.

Conclusion: According to the jurisprudential rule of subjugation, the wife has the right to rule over her body, and the husband's authority to give the man responsibility and management does not conflict with the wife's authority over her body, and the principle is the absence of the husband's authority. Do not enjoy sex with your husband.
