رابطه توانمندی خردمندانه حل تعارض با سطوح ادراک‌شده تحول و عزت‌نفس

چکیده
هدف: عزت نفس یکی از سازه‌های مهم شخصیتی است. پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی رابطه بین توانمندی حل تعارض در سطوح ادراک‌شده تحول و عزت نفس با واسطه‌گری خردمندی در تحصیل کنندگان علوم دینی انجام گرفت.
مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است که در جامعه آماری به حجم ۲۱۵۰ نفر متشکل از تحصیل کنندگان علوم دینی سطوح عالی ساکن خوابگاه‌های رسمی حوزه علمیه قم در سال تحصیلی 1401- 1402 و نمونه‌ای به حجم ۳۲۶ نفر که به روش طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند، انجام گرفت. پاسخگویان پرسشنامه‌های عزت نفس روزنبرگ (۱۹۷۹)، سیاهه تحول روانی اجتماعی کنستانتینوپل (۱۹۶۹) و مقیاس رشد خرد گرین و براون (۲۰۰۹) را تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها از طریق تحلیل مسیر و طبق مدل پیشنهادی بارون و کنی (۱۹۸۶) توسط نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۴ و AMOS نسخه ۲۶ تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از بررسی فرضیۀ اصلی پژوهش نشان داد، خردمندی در رابطه بین توانمندی حل تعارض در سه سطح تحولی نهفتگی، نوجوانی و اوایل بزرگ‌سالی (به‌صورت تفکیکی و تجمیعی) باعزت نفس، به ترتیب با ضرایب استاندارد 366/0، 179/0، 184/0، 404/0 نقش میانجی‌گری جزئی دارد و برازش مدل میانجی نیز مطلوب است.
نتیجه: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد، تحول روانی اجتماعی مطلوب و عزت ‌نفس در ارتباط است و خردمندی در این رابطه نقش میانجی دارد. ازاین‌رو، برای درک عزت نفس مطلوب در بزرگ‌سالی، لازم است به توانمندی حل تعارض در سطوح تحول و خردمندی توجه شود.
