اثربخشی تربیت اسلامی و مهارت ‌های معنوی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی نوجوانان

چکیده
هدف: هدف ازآنجام پژوهش حاضر اثربخشی تربیت اسلامی و مهارت‌های معنوی بر بهزیستی روان‌شناختی نوجوانان ایرانی بود.
مواد و روش: پژوهش حاضر ازلحاظ هدف، کاربردی، ازنظر میزان نظارت و کنترل از نوع تحقیقات میدانی و ازنظر گردآوری داده­ها از نوع پژوهش توصیفی است. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش شامل کلیۀ نوجوانان شهر تهران است. به روش نمونه­گیری خوشه­ای چندمرحله‌ای؛ از بین مناطق و نواحی مختلف شهر تهران، منطقه دو و تعداد 337 نفر (157 نفر پسر، 180 نفر دختر) به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات نیز پرسشنامه تربیت اسلامی مکتوبیان و همکاران، سلامت معنوی پولوتزین و الیسون و پرسشنامه بهزیستی روان‌شناختی ریف بوده‌اند. روش تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از جداول توصیف فراوانی، واریانس، انحراف استاندارد انجام‌شده و در بخش استنباطی، آزمون t مستقل مورداستفاده قرار گرفت.
نتیجه‌گیری: طبق نتایج به دست آمده، مهارت‌های معنوی نوجوانان بر بهزیستی روان‌شناختی آن‌ها اثرگذار است اما تربیت اسلامی خانوادۀ ایرانی بر استقلال نوجوانان تأثیر ندارد. از سوی دیگر تربیت اسلامی خانوادۀ ایرانی تسلط بر محیط، رشد شخصی، ارتباط با دیگران، هدفمندی در زندگی و بر پذیرش خود در نوجوانان اثرگذار است.
