بررسی ارتباط ذهن آگاهی و دینداری با بهزیستی معنوی و پردازش هیجانی دانشجویان مقید به انجام فریضه نماز

چکیده
هدف: پژوهش حاضر باهدف تعیین رابطه ذهن آگاهی و دین‌داری با بهزیستی معنوی و پردازش هیجانی دانشجویان مقید به انجام فریضه نماز، در قالب طرح مقطعی- توصیفی، بر روی 240 دانشجوی دانشگاه آزاد واحد رشت در سال 99-1398، انجام‌یافته است.
روش: این تحقیق به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، انجام شد. نمونه ها، در ابتدا پرسشنامه ذهن آگاهی بائر و همکاران (1)، دین‌داری سراج زاده و همکاران (2)، بهزیستی معنوی پولوتزین و الیسون (3) و توسعه مقیاس پردازش اطلاعات هیجانی باکر و همکاران (4) را تکمیل کردند. داده­ها با استفاده از روش ضریب همبستگی پیرسون تحلیل شدند.
یافته­ها: یافته ­های تحقیق نشان داد بین ذهن آگاه با بهزیستی معنوی و پردازش هیجانی از یک‌سو و بین دین‌داری با بهزیستی معنوی و پردازش هیجانی از سویی دیگر، رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد.
نتایج: یافته­ های تحقیق نشان می­دهد که با افزایش ذهن آگاهی و دین‌داری می­توان انتظار داشت که سطح بهزیستی معنوی و قدرت پردازش هیجانی افراد افزایش یابد.
