The effect of Spiritualism Education on the Resilience of female heads of households in the era of Corona

Abstract
Purpose: The spread of the corona virus or covid-19 has challenged the health of the world and led to the emergence of various types of worries and a decrease in the level of resilience in different people, so the purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of spiritual teachings on resilience. Avari was the head of the household during the corona era.

Materials and Methods: The research method was semi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group with a one-month follow-up phase. The research population included all female heads of households covered by the Women and Family Center of Qarchak city in 2022, 30 people were selected by purposeful sampling and then randomly replaced in two experimental and control groups (15 people in each group). The experimental group underwent 8 sessions of 90 minutes of spiritualism training; But the control group did not receive any intervention and remained on the waiting list. The data collection tool was Conover and Davidson's (2003) resilience questionnaire. Data analysis was done with SPSS version 24 software and repeated measurement analysis test.

Results: The results showed that there was a significant difference between the resilience scores of female heads of households during the Corona era in the post-test and follow-up stages compared to the control group (P<0.05).

Conclusion: Based on the results of the present research, it can be said that the teachings of spiritualism can be used as effective educational methods to increase the resilience of female heads of households in counseling centers and psychological services. become
