مقایسه اثربخشی دو رویکرد معنویت درمانی گروهی با درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر افزایش امید به زندگی و شادکامی بیماران سرطانی

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر باهدف مقایسه اثربخشی دو رویکرد معنویت درمانی گروهی با درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد برافزایش امید به زندگی و شادکامی بیماران سرطانی در شهر کرمانشاه انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش، شبه آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون - پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، شامل کلیه بیماران سرطانی مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان طالقانی شهر کرمانشاه بود. روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس (با تأییدیه پزشک متخصص و تحت شیمی‌درمانی) بود و در سه گروه 15 نفری که شامل دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل است، تقسیم شدند. هشت جلسه معنویت درمانی نوددقیقه‌ای به گروه آزمایش اول و هشت جلسه آموزش مبنی بر درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد نوددقیقه‌ای به گروه آزمایش دوم ارائه گردید. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مقیاس امید به زندگی اشنایدر و همکاران (1991) و شادکامی اشنایدر و همکاران (1991) استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، معنویت درمانی در افزایش امید به زندگی و شادکامی مؤثر است، درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد در افزایش امید به زندگی و شادکامی بیماران سرطانی مؤثر است و همچنین نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که معنویت درمانی نسبت به درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد برافزایش امید به زندگی و شادکامی در بین بیماران سرطانی از تأثیر بیشتری برخوردار است؛ بنابراین می‌توان با انجام مداخلات روانی به‌موقع، به افزایش امید به زندگی و شادکامی، تسریع بهبودی و کاهش مدت‌زمان بستری در بیمارستان و درنهایت کاهش هزینه‌های بیمارستانی در این بیماران کمک کرد و باعث تغییر نگاه صرفِ جسمانی و توجه بیشتر به ابعاد روحی و روانی در این گروه از بیماران گردید.
