نقش هوش اخلاقی در پیش بینی اخلاق تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان با نقش میانجی هوش معنوی

چکیده
 هدف: بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر رعایت اخلاق تحصیلی همواره موردتوجه پژوهشگران این حوزه است بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه هوش اخلاقی و اخلاق تحصیلی با نقش میانجی هوش معنوی صورت گرفت.
مواد و روش‌‌ها: پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان خراسان جنوبی در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401، به تعداد 2612 نفر بودند که با روش نمونه‌‌گیری تصادفی و بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان، 336 نفر، پرسش‌نامه‌‌های هوش معنوی کینگ (2008)، هوش اخلاقی لنیک و کیل (2005) و اخلاق تحصیلی گل‌‌پرور (1394) را پاسخ دادند. از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رویکرد معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌‌افزار‌‌های SPSS نسخه 26 و Smart PLS نسخه 3 جهت تحلیل داده‌‌ها استفاده شد.
یافته‌‌ها: بررسی‌‌ها نشان می‌‌دهد تمامی ضرایب مسیر مستقیم مربوط به رابطه بین هوش اخلاقی با هوش معنوی و اخلاق تحصیلی دانشجویان، مثبت و معنی‌دار است (01/0>p). هم‌‌چنین نتایج نشان داد مدل رابطه بین هوش معنوی با اخلاق تحصیلی، مثبت و معنی‌دار است (05/0>p). نتایج نشان داد که ضریب مسیر رابطه غیرمستقیم بین هوش اخلاقی با اخلاق تحصیلی، از طریق متغیر میانجی هوش معنوی، در سطح آلفای 05/0 معنی‌دار است (05/0>p). مجموعاً حاصل‌شدن مقدار 668/0 برای GOF نشان از برازش کلی مدل پژوهش دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش ضمن اشاره به نقش کلیدی هوش معنوی و اخلاقی در رشد اخلاق تحصیلی دانشجویان، ضرورت متغیرهای مذکور را متوجه متصدیان و برنامه‌‌ریزان نظام آموزش عالی کشور می‌‌کند.
