معرفی “ذکر” به عنوان سازه خودتنظیمی مورد نظر اسلام

چکیده
 هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی موضوع مهم و نوین روان‌شناسی با عنوان خودتنظیمی در آموزه‌های اسلامی و تبیین و معرفی سازه ذکر، به‌عنوان مدل خودتنظیمی اسلامی است. روش این مطالعه، بنیادی و برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از روش کتابخانه ای استفاده شده است. 
خودتنظیمی به عنوان مکانیسم روانشناختی موثر در کاهش آسیب های روانی و جسمی افراد، مورد توجه دانشمندان بزرگی قرار گرفته و تئوریها و مطالعات متنوعی در تبیین این سازه روانی منتشر شده است. با توجه به اثربخشی آن در سلامت انسان‌ها و تشابه برخی مفاهیم اسلامی با خودتنظیمی، تعدادی از مطالعات داخلی به معرفی مدل‌های اسلامی خودتنظیمی پرداخته‌اند. از جمله مفاهیمی که در این حوزه معرفی و تبیین شده است می‌توان به صبر، حلم، دعا، نماز، تقوی و ... اشاره کرد اما به نظر می‌رسد هیچ‌کدام از مفاهیم ارزشمند معرفی‌شده، جامعیت لازم و کافی را ندارند یا تطابق و همسانی آنها با مدل‌های خودتنظیمی معاصر، به‌خوبی تبیین نشده است. 
در این مقاله سازه ذکر، به‌عنوان بدیل و مدل اسلامی خودتنظیمی، معرفی شده و برخی همپوشی‌ها، تشابهات و تطابق‌های آن با نظریه‌های رایج خودتنظیمی بررسی و مقایسه شده است. نتیجه این مطالعه حاکی از این است که می‌توان ذکر را به‌عنوان روش خودتنظیمی اسلامی معرفی کرد.
