Abstract
Purpose: The present study was conducted to present the components, dimensions and indicators of knowledge management in Farhangian University.
Materials and Methods: The present study is in the field of applied research in terms of purpose and on the other hand; considering that this study uses library study methods as well as interviews, it can be stated that the present study is a qualitative research based on its nature and method. The statistical population of the study consisted of 10 experts of Farhangian University in the field of knowledge management.
Findings: In this study, based on the metacombination technique and then the Delphi technique, research indicators were extracted. In this regard, 72 indicators in 13 categories of knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, knowledge application, culture, knowledge enhancers, environment, knowledge management perspective, staff, information technology, management and leadership, accountability and flexibility, science development and innovation and Economic prosperity took place.
Conclusion: Knowledge management processes include three components of knowledge creation, knowledge sharing and knowledge application. Knowledge creation is a behavior related to the entry of knowledge into the human or social system that has a wide range such as discovery, acquisition, recall and development
