Evaluate the Organizational Structure of Sports of the ECO Cultural Institute and Provide an Organizational Model to Develop Cultural-Sports Interactions

Abstract
Purpose: The statute of the Cultural Institute of Eco-Sports is clearly and widely mentioned; But the structure no specific organization is drawn for it; Therefore, the objectives of the research are to evaluate the organizational structure of the founder of ECO triangular sports and providing an organizational model for the development of cultural-sports interactions of member countries was considered.
Materials and Methods: The present study is a fundamental study in terms of purpose. The research method is also a combination of qualitative and Quantitative. In the qualitative part, by the method of judgmental sampling of experts who have a complete knowledge of the subject and context of implementation Related topics were selected for interview. In the quantitative part, the organizational structure analysis questionnaire is included on 3 parts of complexity, degree of formality and degree of centralism through the ECO Cultural Institute for the trustee of this sport organizations and sports management elites of member countries were sent. In order to analyze the data from the statistical method descriptive and structural equation modeling approach was used.
Findings: The results of one-sample t-test showed that the average of the variables of consolidation of cultural affinities, creating relationships Friends and revival of rituals and traditions is above average. The results of the evaluation of the organizational structure of sports also show given the complexity of the organizational structure of sports in the ECO Institute at a high level and the level of recognition and moderate concentration to the top. Validation results showed that the amount of factor loads for the obvious variables in all cases was greater than 0.4, the extracted variance values for the hidden variables are greater than 0.50 and their reliability is higher than 0.7; it means that there is a good similarity between the research criteria.
Conclusion: After recognizing the goals, strengths and weaknesses and evaluating the organizational structure of the Ego Institute sport as well investigating the effects of the structure of the sports organization in this institute on the development of cultural-sports interactions in the member countries organizational structure of the Eco Institute based on 7 components was designed horizontally and vertically.
