Abstract
The purpose of this study was to predict job satisfaction based on Islamic
lifestyle and spiritual well-being in nurses. The study was descriptivecorrelational and the statistical population included all female nurses in Takht
Jamshid Hospital of Karaj this year. Sample size was also randomly selected
using Cochran formula (n = 144).
Questionnaire was used for data collection and correlation and univariate
regression tests were used for data analysis at the significant level (P <0.05).
The results showed that Islamic lifestyle and its components (social, beliefs,
worship, ethics, financial, family, health, thinking and science, security and
chronology) and spiritual well-being and its components (relationship with
God, self, others and nature) can predict job satisfaction. Therefore, it is
recommended to organize workshops on spiritual well-being and Islamic
lifestyle in order to increase nurses' job satisfaction
