Abstract
Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the role of organizational excellence and health in improving the social and cultural dimensions of Tehran Municipality employees. Materials and Methods: The method of the present study was descriptive-survey in terms of applied purpose and quantitative in terms of data collection. The statistical population included all employees of Tehran Municipality, District 4, including 632 people, of which 240 people were selected according to Krejcie and Morgan table by simple stratified and random sampling method. The research instrument was three researcher-made questionnaires including the questionnaire of measuring the excellence of urban management including 32 items, the questionnaire of measuring agility in urban management including 41 items and the questionnaire of measuring the physical, social and cultural status of Khak-e-Sefid region including 27 items. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using factor analysis method and for their reliability after a test run among 40 statistical samples by Cronbach's alpha, the reliability value was 0.802 for the transcendence questionnaire in urban management, the reliability value was 0.816 for the agile questionnaire. In urban management and a reliability value of 0.849 for the questionnaire of physical, social and cultural status of Khak-e-Sefid region was obtained and the data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially through SPSS software version 23. Findings: The results of data analysis showed; From the perspective of the employees of the municipality of Tehran's Chahar Shahr district, the components of urban management excellence, including (increasing value in the workplace, correct leadership in the workplace, process management in the workplace and fostering creativity in the workplace) are in good condition. In addition, agile components Urban management structure (responding to clients, continuous growth and learning of employees, competence in the appointed position, flexibility in the work environment and speed of work) is in a good condition. Conclusion: The results showed that the physical, social and cultural dimensions in Khak-e-Sefid area of Tehran are not in a good condition.
