Abstract
One of the important topics in the field of jurisprudence in which the rule of attachment plays an important role is "the duties of couples". Narrations and their use and legal materials and the design of jurisprudential-legal perspectives, the present study has dealt with this important in a descriptive-analytical manner; The man mentioned the handing over of the internal management of the house to the wife, the moral orientation in the duties of the couple, observing the principle of "good fellowship" in alimony, dowry, breastfeeding wages, sexual relations and dissolution of marriage.
