Abstract
The seal is the exclusive right of women in Islamic law. The
reason for legislating this right can be considered as supporting
women and distinguishing their position in the Islamic way of
life. However, with the passage of the Family Protection Law,
the Iranian legal system has sought to facilitate women's
litigation in family litigation; However, the courts' perception
of the seal claim as documented in an official document as a
ceremonial claim and the woman's obligation to pursue the
seal through the pre-litigation registry has challenged the seal
claim. On the one hand, the right to sue is restricted for
women, and on the other hand, the lack of official registration
of many of the couple's property will prevent the property from
recognizing his property to be sealed by the registry office, and
this is a good ground for transferring or hiding property.
Provides couples to others until litigation.
