Abstract
In this article, first, according to the 20-year perspective of Iran and the country's cultural policies, the desired levels and components were identified based on the views of Edgar Schein and Parsons to identify the desired culture, and then the importance and weight of each level and components based on Measurement of cultural experts and the target community were determined using mathematical software (MAT LAB) and other statistical methods, and finally a quantitative model and a desirable culture map were designed for cultural organizations and institutions.
