Structural Modeling of Occupational Ethics Pathology in the Higher Health Education System in Zanjan University of Medical Sciences

Abstract
Purpose: The aim of this study was to structurally model the psychopathology of occupational ethics in the higher health education system in Zanjan University of Medical Sciences.
Materials and Methods: The present study has been done with a quantitative approach. The sampling method was selected selectively according to the objectives and parameters studied in the study. The statistical population of this study was experts and professors of management who were experts in the pathology of professional ethics in the health education system. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to test the reliability of the questionnaire. SPSS software was used to calculate Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Data analysis was performed using pls3 software.
Findings: Based on the findings, causal factors on the axial category (r = 0.56); Axis category on strategic factors (r = 0.81), contextual factors on axial category (r = 0.82), intervening factors on axial category (r =0.64) and strategic factors on outcome factors ( r= 0.86 ) have a positive and significant effect (p ≤ 0.05).
Conclusion: The results showed that the evaluation indicators of the whole structural equation model have a good fit. What the results of this research express is that professional ethics is one of the basic necessities in the health education system and in order to achieve professional ethics in the health education system, the approaches mentioned in the research should be implemented in the organization.
