Conclusion: The expression of positive emotions is an important and influential factor in improving interpersonal communications. In Islamic teachings, these emotions include spiritual joy, excitement and smile, friendship and affection, and giving gifts. Similarity in thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes in order to stimulate positive emotions or the feeling of self-esteem and self-confidence improve interpersonal communications. The willingness of individuals to continue to have a communication with more qualified people is greater. Among the positive qualities to be considered in Innocents’ Sirah is faith and good deed, affection, and humility. Interpersonal communication skills are one of the factors contributing to the development of mental health that improves the capacity and functioning of intelligence, prevents violent and destructive behaviors, and provides the basis for self-expression and self-knowledge.
