Abstract
Purpose: This article aims to investigate the structural equation model of cultural and psychological empowerment of first grade secondary school teachers in Tehran: antecedents, consequences.
Materials and methods: the research method is practical in terms of the purpose and in terms of the method of collecting information, it is part of mixed research (quantitative and qualitative), the statistical population in the qualitative part is university experts, including managers and senior experts in education, and in the quantitative part, all first-year teachers. It was Tehran secondary school (academic year 1400-1401). The sample size in the qualitative section was estimated with theoretical saturation (10 people) and in the quantitative section, 300 people were estimated based on Morgan's table. To select the sample in the qualitative part, purposive sampling was used and in the quantitative part, stratified random sampling was used. The tools of data collection, in the qualitative part, interview and in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire based on a 5-option scale, the validity of the questionnaire in terms of form and content through several experts, convergent validity through the calculation of the average variance extracted, and divergent validity through AVE root calculation was confirmed. The reliability of the questionnaire through Cronbach's alpha for the whole questionnaire was 0.86 and for data analysis, Cronbach's alpha, average variance extracted (AVE), AVE root matrix, Kolmogorov-Smirnov and confirmatory factor analysis were used using smartpls3 software.
Findings: The results obtained: 5 antecedents including organizational culture, organizational structure, organizational monitoring system, organizational reward system, organizational management systems and 3 consequences of improving interpersonal ability, management and leadership ability, and event creation ability.
Conclusion: Therefore, one of the most important factors underlying the development of any country is the cultivation and use of talented, interested, creative, motivated, brave, etc. teachers. Empowering creative, competent and efficient teachers and managers and paying attention to the updating of individual, managerial and organizational knowledge and skills leads to the realization of goals and strategies and achieving the vision of education.
