Abstract
Purpose: The present study was evaluated with the aim of designing a pattern for collecting bank arrears in Sepah Bank.
Materials and Methods: This research was conducted using a descriptive survey research method. The method of data collection is content analysis and Delphi technique. The research environment has been the first-hand sources of reputable Internet sites and databases in the period of 2009 to 2017 in the field of collection of overdue bank receivables. Components of qualitative research including 9 components that were studied in order to collect the initial components by purposeful sampling method based on 50 internal and external articles and books, with which the number of researcher samples reached theoretical saturation. In the quantitative phase of the research environment, including all of Sepah Bank and 1200 people in 2017, which was estimated as a sample size of 296 people using a simple random sampling method. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistical methods were used in quantitative data analysis including frequency distribution tables and graphs, and in the inferential section, factor analysis method and covariance-based structural equation modeling approach were used.
Findings: Due to the main loads, the research model has a good validity. Including the instability of the capital market incl with factor factor (0.68) is the most determining factor in the collection of overdue bank receivables.
Conclusion: The results showed that the dimensions and components can be classified into 9 main dimensions and 81 components.
