Abstract
Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the principles of preventive policy in the health of the capital markets of Iran and Canada. Materials and Methods: This research was conducted by library study method and descriptive-analytical method. Findings: The findings showed that there is a positive relationship between capital accumulation and real economic growth. Since the policy of preventing capital market crimes is the responsibility of the stock exchange organization, other institutions and bodies must also act in order to perform this task. Conclusion: The results showed that institutions and organs with appropriate policy in the field of capital market crimes can support values and help prevent capital market crimes, as well as neutralize the intentions of capital market offenders.
