Presenting a Model of Managerial Skills based on Hooshin Connery Technique with Emphasis on the Role of Organizational Adaptability in Islamic Azad Universities of Mazandaran Province

Abstract
Purpose: The aim of this study was to present a management skills model based on Houshin Connery technique with emphasis on the role of organizational adaptability.
Materials and Methods: The research method was a combination of exploratory (qualitative-quantitative) mixed research design. The statistical population of the study in the qualitative section included (university experts, faculty members and university officials) to agree on the Delphi method. The sample size in the qualitative section was determined to be 17 by considering the saturation law. In a small part, the statistical population included members of the faculty of Islamic Azad universities in Mazandaran province. In the quantitative section, the sample size was 274 people. The sampling method in the quantitative part was multi-stage cluster random method. The method of data collection was library method and measurement tools in the qualitative part of the interview were semi-structured and in the quantitative part included a researcher-made questionnaire, whose questions were taken from the data obtained from the interview. The validity of the present research questionnaire was determined by two methods: 1. formal and 2. content. In the formal method, the questionnaire was provided to a group of experts and in the content method, calculations related to AVE and CR coefficients related to the validity of the questionnaire items were approved. . The reliability coefficient was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha test. In order to analyze the data in the qualitative part of the Delphi technique and in the quantitative part of the structural equation modeling method, SPSS and AMOS software have been used. Findings showed that 55% of management skills in open universities of Mazandaran province to the dimensions and components of Houshin Connery which includes four dimensions (1. Supplier relationships, 2. Process improvement, 3. Quality measurement 4. Modeling) with emphasis on the role of organizational adaptability. It consists of three dimensions (1. organizational compatibility, 2. organizational value, 3. organizational competition), is dependent. These dimensions can be managerial skills in the free universities of Mazandaran province, which have six dimensions as follows: 1 (1. technical, 2. human, 3. perceptual, 4. communicative, 5. teamwork skills, 6. innovative skills). . Explain and predict.
Findings: According to the obtained results, it was suggested that the Islamic Azad universities of Mazandaran province act step by step and gradually according to a long-term strategic roadmap and strategic plan in order to achieve these categories and formulate a plan in order to implement it. Operation is necessary. Having a paradigmatic approach with a local and regional perspective also helps to achieve it.
Conclusion: The management skills approach has received a lot of attention from organizations today, because it promotes the growth of people in the organization and makes it easier to achieve goals.
