Providing a Model of Transparency in Education in Khuzestan Province in Order to Fight Against Administrative Corruption

Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this research was to present a model of
transparency in education in Khuzestan province in order to fight
against administrative corruption. The present research method
was qualitative.
Materials and methods: The statistical population in the
qualitative section was academic experts and senior managers in
education in Khuzestan province with more than 10 years of work
experience and a master's degree or higher, based on non-random
(targeted) sampling and in the form of snowballs. (Chain),
theoretical saturation was done in interviews with 16 experts. The
sampling method was a simple stepwise and random cluster. The
data collection tool in the qualitative part of the interview was
semi-structured. In the qualitative part, a model of transparency in
education of Khuzestan province was designed by using
foundation's data theorizing.
Findings: Based on the findings of this research, the central
category (organizational transparency in the education organization
of Khuzestan province) is a function of causal conditions (1-
participation, 2-no secrecy, 3-social responsibility, 4-notification,
5-accountability), background conditions (1-problems cultural and
social deficiencies 2-economic shortcomings 3-deficiencies of the
administrative system) and intervening conditions (1-policies of
the organization 2-dangers of information disclosure 3-weakness
of Iran's criminal policy).
Conclusion: This research showed that the use of strategies
determined for organizational transparency leads to consequences
such as 1-Improving human resources management 2-Participation
of the organization 3-Resource management 4-Correcting
undesirable behavior of employees 5-Increasing accountability 6-
Improving the performance and productivity of the organization 7-
Capital It becomes social.
