Purpose: The aim of the current research is to investigate the
effective factors in reducing administrative corruption in the
governorate of Ahvaz city.
Materials and Methods: research method according to the
purpose, applied according to the type of data, quantitative;
According to the time of data collection, it is cross-sectional
and according to the method of data collection or the nature
and method of the research, it is a survey. The statistical
population of this research includes all the experts working in
the governorate organizations in the number of 2522 people
who were classified using random sampling method, 350
people were selected as respondents using Karjesi and
Morgan, and 15 questionnaires because Incompleteness was
discarded and statistical operations were performed on 335
respondents. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to
collect data. In order to determine the validity of the
questionnaire, face, content and construct validity were used,
and reliability was calculated through Cronbach's alpha
coefficient and composite reliability, all of which were
confirmed. The method of data analysis in the inferential and
quantitative part was used to answer the research questions
from the sample T-Tech test and structural equation modeling
(confirmatory factor analysis) and SPSS-v21 and Lisrel
software.
Findings: The results of the research showed that the existing
relationships between the effective factors of reducing
administrative corruption have been confirmed.
Conclsuion: finally, the fit indices of the model showed that
the research model has a good fit.
