Abstract
What is examined in this article is the basics and principles of
judging violations and dealing with disciplinary violations by
judges, as well as the behavioral field of health system workers
(medical professionals and related). The reasons for
misconduct in the field of judges' behavior and the
responsibility of doctors and related professions are analyzed
based on the ideological foundations and social developments
of their justification and the bases of criminal prosecution
according to the principles of criminalization. It is stable and
every criminal policy is required to comply with it with all the
credit that the law gives to the judge and to secure his job
position, but in any case, if the judge commits a judicial
violation and the doctors do not comply with the ethical and
legal principles related to the medical profession, the
competence He has lost the necessary legal rights for this job,
and competent authorities must deal with this matter and, if
proven, stop him from continuing his work or face disciplinary
punishments. he does; Such as the principle of independence
of the judge, the principle of immunity, transparency and the
principle of non-infringement of the privacy of judges. The
principles of fair proceedings also rule regarding the treatment
of doctors' violations. What is important is the manner of this
response and how to apply the regulations related to it through
the investigation authorities. And dealing with disciplinary
violations should not be an excuse to distort these principles
