Abstract
Many threats against human societies originate from environmental
issues. Today, the issue of environment has become a global crisis
and if there is no scientific and serious solution to solve this
problem. It will confront humanity with a huge disaster; Therefore,
non-governmental environmental organizations are one of the
centers that can direct and guide people's participation in
environmental protection, by concentrating individual and
collective efforts, they can increase efficiency. Environmental nongovernmental organizations have grown slightly in recent decades;
Therefore, the main research question of non-governmental
organizations is how and can they try to create and support a healthy
living environment? The hypothesis of the article is as follows: Nongovernmental organizations can help maintain environmental
security and protect environmental health by creating civil society
and sustainable development. In order to carry out this research, a
qualitative library type method has been used. In this way, the
necessary data was first extracted from written and electronic
sources and then explained. The findings of this research show that
environmental threats have brought great risks and human rights
have been attacked against the natural and human environment.
