The ability to interpret unrelated and unplanned events and
events is the biggest sign of the success of successful managers
of current organizations, and these abilities are actually the
same strategic thinking in an organization, which itself shows
a fundamental deficiency to bring an organization to
excellence and empowerment. The purpose of this research is
to present the model of strategic thinking skills in Farhangian
University of Mazandaran province and the research is applied
in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey and cross-sectional
in terms of research method. The statistical population of the
research includes 150 employees of Farhangian University of
Mazandaran province in the academic year 2015-2016, and the
research was conducted based on the data collected from 150
subjects, using the census sampling method. The required data
was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed through
SPSS and LISREL software. For data analysis, sample t-test
and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were used.
The findings showed, according to the results obtained from
the exploratory factor analysis and also; The results of
standard coefficients, t values and R2 value in confirmatory
factor analysis, each of the components of systemic thinking,
strategic determination, advancement based on scientific
approach, intelligent opportunism, strategic impact and
influence, understanding the situation based on learning and
cognitive concepts and ability Creating organizational
infrastructures are effective in explaining strategic thinking
skills in Farhangian University of Mazandaran province, so
the final model of strategic thinking skills in Farhangian
University will consist of the seven mentioned components. In
the end, according to the results, in order to improve the
situation of the components that explain strategic thinking
skills, practical and applicable suggestions were presented.
