Explaining the relationship between organizational agility and transformational leadership with regard to the moderating role of managers' strategic intelligence and presenting a desirable model

Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of the current research is to explain the
relationship between organizational agility and transformational
leadership, considering the role of strategic intelligence of managers
and providing a suitable model in Iran's oil terminals company.
Materials and methods: This research was conducted using a
mixed research method (quantitative and qualitative), interviews
were conducted with 19 managers of Iran's oil terminals company,
and interviews were analyzed and coded using thematic analysis
method. The statistical population of the quantitative part in order to
check the validation of the model based on the criteria extracted
from the qualitative part, includes the managers and experts of Iran
Oil Terminals Company in the number of 1847 people. According
to Cohen's table, the sample size in this section is 147 people in the
model validation section of each variable and 205 people in the
model design section and checking the relationships between
variables, which were randomly selected in a stratified manner. In
this research, in the qualitative part, NVIVO version 11 software
was used to extract and analyze the codes related to interviews with
experts, and SPSS version 26 and SMART PLS version 3.3 software
were used to check the validity of the model.
Findings: The results of structural equation modeling show a
positive and significant effect of transformational leadership on
organizational agility (p < 0.05, β = 0.702). Based on the coefficient

Conclusion: The results show that a significant coefficient was
obtained between the variables "transformational leadership and
strategic intelligence" and transformational leadership (6.527),
which is greater than (1.96) at the 95% confidence level, and the
effect of the strategic intelligence variable can be It confirmed the
title of the moderator variable in the relationship between
transformational leadership and organizational agility.
