Designing a Pattern of Responsibility of Managers based on Nahj Al-Balaghah in the Framework of the Fundamental Transformation Document of Education: A Qualitative Research

Abstract
Purpose: The responsibility of managers plays an important role in
improving the management of the organization. As a result, the
purpose of this research was designing a pattern of responsibility of
managers based on Nahj Al-Balaghah in the framework of the
fundamental transformation document of education.
Materials and Methods: The present study in terms of purpose was
applied and in terms of implementation method was qualitative. The
research population was academic experts and education specialists
of Iran in 2021 year, which according to the principle of theoretical
saturation number of 15 people of them were selected as a sample
by purposive and snowball sampling method. The data collection
tool was a deep semi-structured interview that whose validity was
confirmed by the triangulation method and its reliability was
obtained by the agreement coefficient method between the two
coders 0.88. Finally, the data were analyzed by thematic analysis
method in MAXQDA software.
Findings: The findings showed that for pattern of responsibility of
managers based on Nahj Al-Balaghah in the framework of the
fundamental transformation document of education identified 42
concepts in the form of 14 sub-themes and 7 themes. The themes
were included courage (with 2 sub-themes of courageous decisions
and attention to public interest), reliance (with 2 sub-themes of
understanding the existence of God inside and outside), destiny
(with 2 sub-themes of deep answering to fundamental questions and
understanding different meanings of life), values (with 2 sub-themes
of unhappiness for the sorrow of others and strong connection
between daily affairs and spirituality), punctuality (with 2 subthemes of regularity and affairs organization), existential
participation (with 2 sub-themes of contemplation and thought
ability and avoidance of arbitrariness) and self-health (with 2 subthemes of ability to identifying the transcendent dimensions of
yourself and others.)
Conclusion: According to the results of the present research,
planning to improve the responsibility of managers is essential
through the main themes of courage, reliance, destiny, values,
punctuality, existential participation and self-health and with using
sub-themes and concepts.
