Designing a Structural Equation Model of the Effect of Organizational Culture and Organizational Justice on Knowledge Management in Sports and Youth Departments of West Azerbaijan Province

Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the role
of organizational culture and organizational justice on
knowledge management in sports and youth departments of
West Azerbaijan province.
Materials and methods: The method of conducting the
present research is a descriptive correlational type, and in
terms of the purpose, it is an applied type of research. The
statistical population of the research included the employees
of the sports and youth departments of West Azarbaijan
province. The participants were 42 men and 27 women who
answered the questionnaire in total. They completed the
knowledge management questionnaire of Fung and Choi,
Niehoff and Moorman's organizational justice, and Robbins'
organizational culture.
Findings: The research findings showed that organizational
culture and organizational justice directly have a positive and
significant effect on knowledge management.
Conclusion: Therefore, this study clarified the important role
of these two variables in acquiring, storing and maintaining,
distributing and transferring and applying knowledge.
