Identifying the Goals and Content Features of the Multicultural art Curriculum of the First Year of High School with an Emphasis on Iranian Ecosystems

Abstract
Purpose: This research was conducted with the aim of
identifying the goals and content characteristics of the
multicultural art curriculum of the first secondary school with
an emphasis on Iranian ecosystems.
Materials and Methods: To achieve this research, a
qualitative approach and a research synthesis method were
used. The field of research was 23 documents in the field of
multicultural art education. The researcher went as far as to
examine the documents until he reached the principle of
saturation. First, MaxQD software was used to analyze the
theme, and three-step theoretical manual coding (open, central
and selective) was used to validate the data.
Findings: The research showed that the content components
included individual and social components.
Conclusion: The target components included knowledge,
attitude and skill. Some components of knowledge include
awareness of the customs of different cultures, familiarity with
the styles of thinking and life and the development of ethnic
and cultural literacy, some components of attitude, creating a
positive attitude towards different cultures, accepting the
relativity of cultural values, recognizing different cultures.
And some skill components include the ability to understand
and accept the diversity of thought and value, the ability to be
critical and the ability to neutralize intragroup conflicts.
