Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the components of intelligent maturity in Islamic Azad universities. The research method was based on purpose and was based on nature and was a qualitative research.
Materials and Methods: The statistical population in the qualitative section included experts of the academic community and specialists of the Islamic Azad University. The purposive non-random sampling method was used and 24 people were considered using the saturation principle as the sample size. Semi-structured interview tool was used to collect data and its validity and reliability were assessed and confirmed. The data analysis method was theoretical coding that was done using MAXQDA software.
Findings: The results of factor analysis showed that the components of individual maturity, process maturity, technological maturity as constituent factors, organizational factors, managerial factors and educational factors as effective factors and job performance, competitive advantage and job motivation as The consequences of intelligent maturity were identified in Azad University.
Conclusion: In this study, the mechanisms of intelligence maturity implementation were identified under the components of operational strategy, evaluation strategy, cultural strategy and educational strategies
