Evaluation of Coaching Promotion Indicators of School Principals in Tehran

Abstract
Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the indicators of coaching promotion in school principals in Tehran.
Materials and Methods: The research method is applied in terms of library-field environment, cross-sectional in terms of data collection time and descriptive-survey in terms of research method. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all principals of education schools in Tehran with 2250 people. In this regard, 328 people were selected using Cochran's formula as a sample and by stratified random sampling method. A questionnaire was used to collect information and its validity and reliability were examined and confirmed. Data were also analyzed using one-sample t-test and structural equation modeling and smartPLS software.
Findings: Studies showed that the components of underlying factors and individual limitations are in moderate condition and other components are in good condition.
Conclusion: The results also showed that individual constraints, information barriers, coaching culture, student and principal conditions, principal training, environment and budgetary constraints have a significant effect on the promotion of principal coaching.
