Technology is an integral part of life in the world today in all political, economic, social and cultural dimensions, which characterizes the lifestyle of humans. Iranian-Islamic culture or ethical lifestyle has always been respected as a symbol of ethical life for mankind, but today it has been affected by new technologies. Because technology and the use of technology are considered to be an effective infrastructure in achieving the ethical life of the public sector of the society. The use of technology can cause convergence and divergence at the domestic and international level, America, with the image of the land of opportunities, is a pioneer in providing new technologies that ground the lifestyle based on American values, after the revolution. Islam in Iran has faced the resistance of Islamic-Iranian values, which is part of the conflict between Iran and America on a larger level. In this article, it is assumed that technology is mixed with the fabric of social life and changes the individual and social status of people at the level of society; For example, the warning for the time of performing religious duties has been linked to access to technology. The main question considered for this issue is based on how technology causes the emergence of conflict in the relations between Iran and America. This article tries to answer this question from the perspective of postphenomenology and network actor theory. The obtained results show that the influence of technology on lifestyle and the influence of lifestyle on technology are undeniable. The liberal lifestyle changes along with the technological innovation and it tries to institutionalize the liberal lifestyle along with the development of technology. With the technological advances that have occurred mainly in the military field, the Islamic Republic is trying to promote the ability of the Islamic lifestyle as an obstacle to the expansion of the liberal lifestyle.
