The family is the most basic unit and core of any
society. In the same way, the rules and legal system
of the family are very important compared to other
legal sub-systems, and according to the requirements
of the family institution, it is necessary to design and
approve the appropriate regulations about the said
institution. This research, with a descriptiveanalytical method, has addressed familycenteredness in the legislative system of the Islamic
Republic of Iran. The research results show that there
are extra-legal requirements in the field of familyoriented laws. Extra-legal requirements in familyoriented include compliance with standards,
protection of standards. The meaning of compliance
with standards is the necessity of compliance of laws
with natural and natural rights as well as compliance
with the principles governing the Islamic system. The
protection of standards also includes the protection of
standards such as justice, which is referred to as the
spirit of the law and the true philosophy of law
enforcement, and the protection and protection of
Islamic standards, which is a matter of serious
concern as required by the rule of Islam in this land.
