Abstract
In today's world, organizations have found a high position in the cultural and social structure. As today's societies become more and more complex, the role of organizations in order to meet the expectations of people in the society becomes more sensitive and important. Creating a human relationship requires giving a message and receiving it by people, and in order to create an effective relationship, the messages must be transmitted in the best way. Communication skills are those skills through which people can engage in interpersonal and process interaction. The purpose of writing this research is to investigate the personality factors affecting the communication skills of managers with metacomposite method. In this regard, based on the obtained results, the factors of honesty, adaptability, responsibility, extroversion, flexibility, work conscience are known as personality factors affecting the communication skills of managers.
