Purpose: Distributing employment opportunities fairly
between men and women in offices and organizations is
always considered one of the basic challenges. The
purpose of the current research is to analyze the factors
affecting the distribution of women's employment
opportunities in Tehran municipality using the
foundational data theory. In order to collect data in this
research, which was conducted in a qualitative way, the
interview was continued until reaching "theoretical
saturation" and with the extension that was in the work,
the main categories also appeared, showing the adequacy
of the sample size.
Materials and Methods: according to the purpose of the
research and the logical framework that governs it in this
research, based on the contextual theory emerging from
the qualitative field of data analysis and interpretation
using the interview method, in a theoretical or purposeful
way among the interviewees from among the employees
of Tehran Municipality. were selected and 8 people were
selected purposefully and based on theoretical saturation.
Data analysis has been done in three stages of open,
central and selective coding.
Findings: Based on data analysis, 248 primary concepts,
105 core codes and 33 selective codes were identified.
Conclusion: In line with the interpretation of the data,
coding was done in three stages, open, central and
selective, and the paradigmatic model of allocation
anomie in the distribution of women's job opportunities
in Tehran municipality was extracted.
