examines the educational effects of sexual offenses in the health of
the individual and society, although some sources have briefly stated
about it. the main question in this article is this: what are the
educational effects of legislating and executing sentences related to
sexual crimes in verses and hadiths? This study aims to identify the
impact of punishment for sexual crimes on the individual and
society .
Materials and Methods: Data collection in this article has not been
done by sampling. In the field of humanities this article has collected
descriptive information in the from of a library and with the tools of

Findings: Research findings showed that Islam is fiercely hostile to
sexual crimes in order to protect society from mixing genealogy and
crime against the human race. This article tries to go beyond the
issue of convictions for sexual offenses beyond merely as a corporal
punishment and the dimensions of its moral education should be
considered scientifically attempts have also been made to identify
the educational interests and purposes of sexual offenses.
Conclusion: The issues of limits have been legislated by the holy
shariah to prevent deviations and to prevent insecurity and
corruption in the society, and different punishments have been
considered for them depending on the type of crimes, in order to
protect the fundamental interests of the society by establishing them.
All of these punishments have educational effects that, if applied
