Designing the Excellence Model of Human Resources (Teachers) of the Primary Course in Education

Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this thesis was to design the model of
excellence of human resources (teachers) in primary education.
Materials and methods: This research is of the type of applied
purpose and the type of data is mixed (qualitative-quantitative). The
participants in this research are 15 people who are experts in the
field of education in Alborz province, who were selected using a
targeted and snowball method. The data were collected in the
qualitative section with the help of semi-structured interviews and
analyzed using the Q method. In the quantitative part, exploratory
factor analysis and SPSS software were used.
Findings: According to the results of the extracted model, there are
77 indicators, 19 components and 5 factors for the improvement of
human resources (primary teachers) in education. Factors including
organizational factor (5 components), professional competence
factor (4 components), teacher's individual characteristics factor (4
components), school condition factor (3 components) and
community factor (3 components) were identified. The factors,
components and indicators obtained from the human resources
excellence model can be the basis for the quality improvement of
teachers and the development and growth of education.
Conclusion: Human power is the most important resource in any
organization. If they have enough motivation, they will use their
talents and skills to serve the organization and move its wheels.
