Abstract

The failure of criminal justice in preventing crime in line with
the health of the society has brought a lot of costs to the society
and caused new challenges. Establishing strict laws and
increasing criminal titles have not only failed to have a good
effect on crime prevention and reduction, but by creating a
sense of hatred and revenge and imposing negative
consequences of punishments on convicts and their families,
and creating grounds for corruption among agents, it causes
new crimes to occur. has been Therefore, the prevention and
reduction of crime by relying on moral and religious teachings
should be given more attention by those in charge. In this
regard, by using and relying on the Quran and Hadith and
promoting the cultural policies of the Islamic religion by using
alternative methods of dispute resolution, such as mediation
and arbitration, which are rooted in Islamic jurisprudence and
the foundations of Islamic law and are among the religious
cultural policies. The ability to prevent and reduce crime in
legislative, judicial, executive and cooperative platforms.
