Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this research is to analyze the
components of Islamic organizational culture in education.
Materials and methods: This research is a qualitative and
fundamental research type, which is based on thematic
analysis method of 20 semi-structured interviews with experts
who were selected non-randomly, snowball, and using
maxqda12 software for data analysis. was used
Findings: The results of this research showed that Islamic
organizational culture has five dimensions: 1- human, 2-
value, 3- insight, 4- semantic, 5- structural. Human dimension
has 13 components (peoplehood, Islamic clothing, cleanliness
and cleanliness, hard work, risk tolerance, self-control, order,
fairness, sacrifice, mutual respect, honesty, growth and
excellence, good behavior), value dimension has 6
components (forgiveness, Sincerity, truthfulness, divine piety,
value orientation, avoidance of duplicity), insight dimension
has 5 components (responsibility and authority,
trustworthiness, human dignity, accountability, behavior in
behavior), meaning dimension has 6 components (work
conscience, justice, spirituality, honor, merit, faith in God) and
a structural dimension with 7 components (ambiguity
tolerance, creativity, common goals, stability, communication,
learning, evaluation) are among the dimensions and
components known in this research.
Conclusion: In order to measure credibility, considering that
rich sources were used to collect data, the findings of this
research were studied and reviewed by experts, and after
implementing the Delphi technique, their corrective comments
were applied. Till it can be an opening to present a suitable
sample in Education.
