Abstract
Purpose: This study was conducted to determine the model of predicting post-traumatic growth with resilience, coping styles and personality traits mediated by self-esteem in improved coronary heart disease patients.
Materials and Methods: The present study is a descriptive correlational study that is applied according to the purpose and is designed to investigate post-traumatic growth with the relationship between resilience, coping styles and personality traits through self-esteem. The statistical population of this study was recovered coronary patients in Sari city. These people aged 18 to 55 years and older were surveyed in the second half of 1400. The available data were randomly selected with variable characteristics in a situation based on education, gender, age group, occupation seeking a solution with the statistical population. Morgan's table was used to estimate the sample size. Therefore, the sample size required for the present study was estimated at 110 according to the table.
Findings: Findings showed that based on the findings of descriptive statistics, 89% of the samples were infected before the vaccine and only 6% after the vaccine and 1% before and after the vaccine. According to the model information, self-esteem was strongly correlated with personality traits of mental annoyance, extraversion, agreeing and being conscientious, but had no significant relationship with openness. Self-esteem with a coefficient of 0.59 has a good correlation with personality traits and with a coefficient of 0.51 with resilience. Personality traits have a high correlation with resilience with a coefficient of 0.7.
Conclusion: The direct factor burden of coping with the criterion of post-traumatic growth criterion is zero and its factor load with mediated self-esteem is -0.0216 = -0.12 0 0.18 and the factor load of direct coping styles on the criterion variable is -0.04 and other.
