Investigating the Effect of Family Tourism on the Mental Health of Parents and its Relationship with the Variables of Skill Enhancement and General Skill in Children

Abstract
Family tourism has attracted the attention of many researchers in recent years. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of family tourism on the mental health of parents and its relationship with the variables of skill development and general skill in children. This research was carried out as a survey. The data of the research was collected from 400 families in Tehran whose children were studying in elementary school and went on a family vacation together, and were selected using the cluster sampling method and with the help of the studied questionnaire. were placed The results showed that parents' mental health and children's general skills improved after family tourism compared to before. In addition, a memorable and skill-building tourism experience through family tourism had a positive relationship with changes in parents' mental health through this.
