Presenting a Comprehensive Model for Improving the Monitoring System in Sports Organizations

Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this research was to provide a comprehensive model for improving the monitoring system in sports organizations of the country.
Materials and Methods: In terms of purpose, this research was applied and developmental, and in terms of data collection method, it was a qualitative type of foundation data. The participants of this part of the research included 16 faculty members and experts related to the field of sports management, who were selected by the purposeful sampling method of theoretical and snowball type. The tool of this research, semi-structured interviews, was used to obtain a rich description of the experiences, attitudes and perceptions of the interviewees regarding the factors affecting the monitoring system in sports organizations. Qualitative data analysis was done with the Foundation's data method based on a systematic approach and through three stages of open, central and selective coding. To ensure the validity of qualitative analysis, the method of review by members, documentation through citation writing and peer review was used.
Findings: Based on the findings of the research in the qualitative part, 85 open codes were identified in the form of 24 concepts and 11 main categories, which in the form of a paradigm model including causal conditions (productivity, administrative health), background conditions (individual platforms, transparency), intervening conditions (infrastructural , infrastructural), strategies (evaluation and monitoring, performance improvement) and consequences (intra-organizational and extra-organizational), were related to the core category of improving the inclusive monitoring system (general, dedicated and intelligent monitoring).
Conclusion: Based on the results, performance evaluation in organizations, especially sports organizations, and due to the necessity of this system in sports organizations, it is necessary to conduct research on the presence or absence of performance evaluation system in organizations.
