Changes in the Pattern of Marriage and Its Impact on Definitive Divorce (Case Study: Referrals to Tehran Family Protection Courts from January 2019 to the End of June 2020)

Abstract
Purpose: The main purpose of this study was to identify the effect of modern marriage pattern on definitive divorce.
Materials and Methods: The research methodological approach is positivist and the research method is descriptive and explanatory. The statistical population included men and women who applied for final divorce in family courts in Tehran from January 2019 to the end of June 2020. The sample size was approximately 2500 from the divorce rate in Tehran during this period, which was obtained in Cochran's formula number 384 and was distributed among the six judicial complexes of the family court. The share of each family judicial complex was 64 questionnaires.
Findings: Findings showed that according to the results, considering that the value of the significance level of the chi-square test was less than 0.05, the null hypothesis was rejected and with 95% confidence we can say that the modern pattern of spouse selection on the occurrence A definite divorce had an effect. According to the gamma coefficient value of 0.588, it can be said that the severity of dependence was moderate. In the study of the research model, the factor load of modern marriage style was 0.89.
Conclusion: Modern marriage and premarital couples' acquaintance Couples do not care so much about premarital love after marriage. While people need more love to continue their lives than to start their own lives.
